Privacy statement

Dear Customer:

We here at BCOM are committed to protecting your privacy and only collecting what information we need to provide the services you request of us. We do not provide your personal information to third parties unless it is required to perform said services on your behalf. These will usually be for warranty and insurance purposes but may include others such as compliance to a legal warrant or investigation. The information we collect may include; your name, phone number, address (if we have to mail your invoice) and the name of a designated individual picking something up on you behalf.

Why we collect this information:

For Quality control in order to better gauge the level of service we provide
For warranty purposes as this makes tracking your product in RMA more efficient
For when you request us to reprint or search your invoice (verify your identity)
For any billing/credit receipt errors/inconsistencies/outstanding payments
To contact you when your backorder, RMA or system has arrived
To notify you of any recalls by the manufacturer or BCOM on any product sold
To notify you about any questions or problems with a system/part in service
To address customer complaints regarding BCOM's products or services/employees

We do not share this information with third parties unless required by law or in order to supply the services you request. If the information is needed for some ones personal wellbeing or welfare we will also release the information to those parties requiring it. If applicable/legally allowed we will request your permission or the permission of your legal representative in writing to release the information unless the said release is clearly in your best interest. Your personal information is protected by a variety of security procedures and technology from unauthorized use or disclosure. For example we store your electronic information in a secure database and any receipts/paperwork in restricted access areas within our company.
